Bobby Molaie, CPA, MAcc is the founder of Finexa CPA Advisory. His view is simple: most accounting tells you what happened last month. A controller should tell you what to do next.
Bobby brings 18 years of finance leadership, from Big 4 audit at EY to building an internal audit function from the ground up, to hands-on controllership across education, real estate, hospitality, retail, construction, pharmaceuticals, airlines, and tech start-ups. He has run full-cycle finance for multi-entity groups, served on an executive committee, and closed more month-ends than he can count.
What sets him apart is how he works: deep in the details, focused on process, and early to tools that make finance faster and sharper. Bobby pairs CPA-grade rigour with AI-enabled workflows, and teaches other CPAs and business owners how to do the same. The objective is practical: faster closes, cleaner numbers, and reporting leadership can actually use.
